Guidance while you move. Quiet when you do not need it.

01

Set your phone

Choose a rite and follow its camera placement cue so your full movement stays in frame.

02

Move naturally

Live pose landmarks recognize each movement phase and count a repetition when the full motion is complete.

03

Keep your rhythm

Start with a comfortable target, complete the sequence, and return tomorrow without chasing a perfect score.

Live camera guidance

The app pays attention to the movement, not your video.

Tibetan Rites Challenge checks framing, camera angle, body visibility, and movement phases in real time. Clear cues help you adjust before the counter begins.

  • Front or side setup guidance for each rite
  • Automatic counting after a complete movement
  • Short, useful cues when framing needs attention

Questions, answered

Before your first practice

What are the Five Tibetan Rites?

They are a commonly practiced sequence of five movements that combine rotation, flexion, extension, and controlled transitions. Tibetan Rites Challenge guides the sequence but does not replace instruction from a qualified professional.

Does the app record me?

No. Camera frames are processed live on your iPhone. The app does not save or upload video or pose landmarks.

How does repetition counting work?

The app uses body landmarks to recognize the movement phases unique to each rite. A repetition counts after you complete the expected range of motion and return through the movement.

Which devices are supported?

Tibetan Rites Challenge is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later.

Is this medical or fitness advice?

No. The guidance is educational. Begin conservatively, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and ask a qualified health professional whether these movements are suitable for you.
